Return and Refund Policy

1. Physical Products (Print Books, Sheet Music, Physical Media)
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased directly from Songbirdy Publications LLC.
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- All included accessories, inserts, and packaging are intact.
1.2 Non-Returnable Physical Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked final sale or non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
1.3 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If a product was damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
1.4 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloads, Digital Media)
2.1 Non-Refundable Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
2.2 Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
- The wrong digital product was delivered.
- A duplicate purchase occurred due to a technical error.
Requests for digital refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Pre-Orders
3.1 Physical Pre-Orders
- Cancellable before shipment.
- Once shipped, the policy for physical products applies.
3.2 Digital Pre-Orders
- Refundable before the digital release date.
- Once released, digital product rules apply.
4. Gift Cards & Promotional Items
4.1 Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.2 Promotional or Bonus Items
If a refunded purchase included a promotional item, that item must also be returned or the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
